Chloe Pratt

Physiotherapist / Clinical Pilates Instructor

Bachelor of Physiotherapy

Member Australia Physiotherapy Association (MAPA)

A graduate of the Australian Catholic University, Chloe has developed a strong interest in musculoskeletal, women’s health, and sports physiotherapy.

A passionate and motivated clinician, Chloe understands that no two bodies are the same. Delivering individualised ‘hands on’ therapy to optimise patients’ quality of life is a big driver to her as a physio. Exercise, movement, and education are vehicles used to facilitate positive changes in individuals with varying needs at different stages of life. Empowering patients to stay in control of their own physiotherapy experience is paramount to Chloe.

Chloe has been a regular face in the Praxis Pilates studio over the years. Chloe has gained invaluable experience working with a wide range of clients in her role as a Pilates instructor. Experience beyond Pilates includes years working with the Aspley Hornets NEAFL, VFL, QFA, QWAFL, and Colts AFL teams. Exposure to semi-professional and community sport has ensured she is adept at injury prevention and optimising performance.

During her final year of studies, Chloe was granted the Physiotherapy Clinical Excellence award as the dux of her clinical year. In Physio, as in study, Chloe has a continued push for excellence each day where she is a valued member of the Praxis team.

Chloe believes that movement is medicine and lives her mantra. When not in the clinic, Chloe likes to keep fit with regular functional strength training and mixes up her routine with running, swimming, reformer Pilates at Praxis and surfing. Outside of physio, she loves spending time near the ocean and enjoys quality time with friends and family.
