Emma has recently completed her level 1 certifications in both matwork and reformer pilates, and has a strong belief that everybody can benefit from this practise. Whether it be for treating your chronic low back pain, an acute sporting injury or simply for injury prevention, Emma likes to use this skill in her toolbox to maximise the outcome of your treatment.
