Lisa and Naomi believe in focusing on your health as the whole person you are. As non-diet dietitians they are here to support you in finding freedom, flexibility and pleasure in your eating without focusing on your weight, size or shape. They care about helping you build skills that will support your health, your goals, your relationship with food and your body for the rest of your life.
